The APR Open PEX Intake System delivers the best rand-per-kilowatt performance for your 1.8T or 2.0T engine! Designed to maximize power and sound, this system reduces pressure drop and increases airflow — translating into more kilowatts, more torque, and less strain on your turbo. It doesn’t just perform — it looks incredible, sounds phenomenal, and offers real, seat-of-the-pants performance gains.

By removing the restrictive factory airbox and replacing it with a massive 178mm (7”) washable and reusable cotton filter, airflow is dramatically improved. The frontal inlet and 102mm (4”) rear outlet work together to feed your turbo with cooler, denser air — all while letting you truly hear your engine breathe. The PEX construction gives the intake an OEM-quality finish, allows for complex heat shielding, and reduces heat soak compared to metal alternatives.

Note:
Vehicles equipped with Secondary Air Injection (SAI) require a breather filter (ES514212). This system is not compatible with the MS100100 catch can system mounted on the intake.
